Terms of Booking and Service Use

Punctuality
Clients are required to arrive exactly at the scheduled time – not earlier or later. Due to the nature of the services and the comfort of other clients, early entry to the studio or training area is not permitted. -
Changing or Cancelling Appointments
Appointment changes or cancellations are accepted no later than 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled visit. In case of late cancellation, no-show or significant delay, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable. -
Same-Day Bookings
Booking an appointment for the same day or after 6:00 PM the day before is only possible after prior phone contact and confirmation of availability. -
Appropriate Clothing
Clients must wear appropriate attire:
– For training: comfortable sportswear and suitable footwear,
– For manual therapy: clothing that allows access to the treated body areas (e.g., shorts, top).
Lack of appropriate clothing may result in refusal to perform the service. -
Health Condition
Clients use the services at their own risk, declaring that their health allows safe participation in training and/or therapy. In case of any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications, the client must inform us before the session. The studio is not liable for injuries resulting from withheld health information. -
Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene
For the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask you to maintain proper hygiene and wear clean clothes and footwear to your appointment. -
Behavior in the Studio
Clients are expected to behave respectfully, and take care of the equipment and shared space. -
Payments
Payment is made via the website when booking an appointment or based on individual arrangements. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of the reservation. -
Studio Property
All promotional materials, training plans, and instructions prepared by the studio’s professionals are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or distributed without prior consent. -
Consent to Data Processing
By booking a service, the client consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of service delivery in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The data controller is First Step1.
